Limonene · Seller Intelligence
Arabic-first dashboard for FBA sellers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and UAE. Catch stockouts, claim warehouse reimbursements, and automate review requests, all in one screen.
Not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.
Built for Selling Partners in MENA
Catch Stockout Losses
Velocity-aware alerts the moment a fast-moving SKU runs out, with one-click price adjustments capped at the 20% Selling Partner API policy limit to slow demand while you restock.
Claim Reimbursements
We detect every EGP, SAR, or AED the warehouse owes you for damaged, lost, or missing inventory by reading your Financial Events ledger. Most sellers leave thousands unclaimed.
Automate Reviews + Messages
Trigger compliant review requests through Amazon's Solicitations API. Read buyer message threads on shipped orders without leaving the dashboard.
Services Offered
Limonene is an account management and analytics service for Amazon sellers. It connects to a seller's Amazon account through the official Selling Partner API, with the seller's authorization, and delivers the following core services:
Inventory Management
Automated tracking of stock levels with out-of-stock and low-stock alerts, restock-timing guidance, and identification of slow-moving and unsellable inventory — so sellers prevent lost sales and reduce storage costs.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
Audits the seller's financial events to detect unclaimed reimbursements for damaged, lost, or missing warehouse inventory, and reports real net profit and margin per product — giving sellers clear visibility into their bottom line.
Pricing Management
Monitors competitive and Buy Box pricing and applies seller-approved price adjustments, capped at Amazon's pricing-automation policy limit, to help sellers stay competitive and protect margin.
Buyer-Seller Messaging
Sends compliant, Amazon-templated post-order review requests within Amazon's permitted window and provides read access to buyer-seller message threads — helping sellers manage customer feedback and account health.
Tax & Invoicing
Generates per-order tax invoices (Arabic and English) compliant with Egyptian VAT requirements, so MENA sellers meet their local regulatory obligations.
Account Health & Alerts
Consolidates the issues that need attention into one dashboard and sends real-time notifications for critical events, so sellers can act before small problems become costly ones.
Core Offerings, Benefits & Expertise
Limonene is an e-commerce software provider with 9 years of professional web-development experience, building secure, policy-compliant automation tools purpose-built for MENA-based Amazon sellers. The service is built and operated first-hand by an active Amazon.eg seller, so every feature solves a problem that a real seller faces daily. The benefit to our clients is simple: less time spent reconciling spreadsheets and switching between Seller Central tabs, and more captured revenue — recovered reimbursements, prevented stockouts, and protected margin — all from a single Arabic-first dashboard.
How Limonene Works
Limonene connects to your Selling Partner account via the Amazon SP-API with the roles you authorize. Every 30 minutes a small set of generators reads inventory, pricing, and financial event data and produces a short list of actionable insights. Each insight can be resolved either by opening the right Seller Central page pre-filled, or by executing a compliant action through the API with a confirmation click.
1. Stockout detection
Fulfillable inventory hits zero on any SKU you're actively investing in (positive recent sales velocity OR an inbound shipment in transit). Severity grades by signal strength: actively selling with nothing on the way is critical, selling with restock incoming is warning, new listing with restock incoming is info. Zombie listings with no signal stay quiet so the dashboard doesn't drown in noise.
2. Running-out warnings
Stock will not survive your configured lead time (default 30 days). Includes a Raise Price action capped at the 20 percent Amazon AI Agent Policy limit to slow demand while you restock. Velocity divides by in-stock days, not the full window, so SKUs that were OOS most of the period don't get understated.
3. Buy Box loss
For SKUs with competition where another seller owns the Buy Box. Shows the gap percentage and the competitor's price. One-click Match Buy Box undercuts their price by 0.01 within your configured floor.
4. Reimbursement detection
We paginate listFinancialEvents over the last 180 days and aggregate AdjustmentEventList entries matching MISSING_FROM_INBOUND, WAREHOUSE_DAMAGED, WAREHOUSE_LOST, FBA_INVENTORY_RECONCILIATION, and related codes. Each insight surfaces the SKU, exact amount in EGP/SAR/AED, and the posted date so you can correlate to the right shipment.
5. Damaged inventory
Unfulfillable quantity greater than zero on any SKU. One-click Remove action submits a removal order through the Feeds API. Severity reflects the storage-fee impact.
6. Compliant review requests
Per-order Solicitations API calls filtered to the 5-30 day post-delivery window Amazon requires. Per-order deduplication prevents double-requesting the same buyer. The auto-send toggle requires an explicit confirmation dialog before enabling, since it then fires real review-request emails every 6 hours.
Safety architecture
Every executor that writes to Amazon requires a two-step confirm. On the live seller view a red LIVE pill appears on the confirm card so the action's intent is unmistakable. The Settings page exposes a master kill switch that halts the insight engine, repricer, auto-review worker, and inventory snapshot worker within one cycle. A full audit log records every write, visible to the seller in Settings.
SP-API refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Application access uses JWT cookies with HttpOnly and Secure flags. MongoDB binds to localhost. SSH access is key-based with password authentication disabled.
Success Stories & Client Feedback
Limonene is built and operated by an active Amazon seller and validated by sellers in the MENA region. Every figure below is verifiable against Seller Central reports.
Mohamed Abouzid
Founder & operator · Active Amazon.eg seller (electronics, ~50 SKUs) since 2024
"Limonene surfaced EGP 1,360 in warehouse adjustments that had been sitting in my financial ledger for over three months. Six months of weekly Seller Central review hadn't caught them. The dashboard found them on the first sync. That's when I knew this had to ship beyond my own account."
Verifiable against Seller Central financial reports; full case study below.
Ragab
Registered Amazon.eg seller · MENA early-access cohort
"This would be a great tool for sellers like me. I like the simplicity, and the low-stock alerts plus notifications are exactly what I need to stay on top of my inventory."

Case Study: A MENA Electronics Seller Recovers EGP 1,360 in 30 Days
Limonene has run in production against a live Amazon.eg seller account since its alpha. Every figure below is verifiable against Seller Central reports.
Outcome: EGP 1,360 in unclaimed warehouse adjustments recovered
Problem: the seller had no visibility into warehouse adjustments Amazon had already credited but not paid back. Solution: the Limonene financial-reconciliation engine audited the account's financial events and surfaced three adjustments — across the seller's electronics catalog — that had gone unnoticed for two to three months, totalling EGP 1,360.
Result: the dashboard surfaced each adjustment with the amount and date so the seller could file the claim in one click — turning a recurring blind spot into recovered cash within a single 30-day cycle. (Itemised figures available to Amazon on request; omitted here to protect the seller's catalog.)
Stockouts prevented before they cost sales
The dashboard's velocity model measures sales rate over in-stock days only, so fast movers aren't misjudged as healthy after a temporary stockout. On the seller's account it flagged 10 fast-moving SKUs with under two weeks of sellable stock remaining — surfacing them in time to reorder before they ran out.
Compliant, on-time review requests
Review requests are filtered to Amazon's permitted post-delivery window and de-duplicated per order, so the seller only ever sends eligible, single requests — improving feedback volume without risking the "not eligible" errors that affect account health.
