Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 2026
Welcome to Limonene, a service operated by Zed Axis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Limonene seller intelligence dashboard. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the software on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.
2. Description of Service
Limonene is a seller intelligence dashboard for FBA sellers in MENA marketplaces (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE). The service connects to your Selling Partner account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) with the roles you authorize, and surfaces actionable insights including stockout alerts, claimable warehouse reimbursements, Buy Box monitoring, slow-mover flags, and per-order tax invoices. We do not guarantee sales outcomes, Buy Box placement, or reimbursement approval, as those depend on market conditions and Amazon's review processes.
3. User Obligations
- You must maintain an active, valid Amazon Professional Seller account in good standing.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree not to use Limonene for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating Amazon's policies and terms of service.
4. SP-API Integration
By connecting your Amazon seller account to Limonene, you authorize our application to read data and to make narrowly-scoped writes on your behalf through the Amazon Selling Partner API. Writes are limited to actions you explicitly initiate (e.g. clicking "Raise Price", "Match Buy Box", "Submit Removal Order") or to seller-defined repricing rules that you configure. All price increases are capped at +20% per Amazon's AI Agent Pricing guidance. You may revoke SP-API access at any time from Amazon Seller Central; upon revocation we permanently delete all Amazon-sourced data from live systems within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Compliance with Amazon Policies
Limonene adheres to the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Solution Provider Agreement. As an operator of this service we commit, and you acknowledge that we will not, on your behalf or otherwise:
- Target Amazon customers for marketing using SP-API data.
- Fabricate, modify, or solicit reviews outside Amazon's approved Solicitations templates and the documented post-delivery window.
- Aggregate data across sellers for sale or sharing with third parties.
- Re-vend, resell, or expose Amazon-sourced data to any third party.
- Publish or share insights about Amazon's own business.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Insights, suggested actions, and pricing recommendations are generated from SP-API data and statistical models; you remain responsible for reviewing them before acting.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limonene is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including lost profits, lost sales, or rejected reimbursement claims. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you have paid to Limonene in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 — whichever is greater.
8. Termination
You may terminate your use of Limonene at any time by revoking SP-API access in Seller Central and emailing [email protected] to confirm deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or Amazon's policies; we will notify you of the reason where lawful and practical.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where you have provided a notification channel, via that channel. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
